The marquee bottles will be be three age statements from the legendary Hibiki range. Hibiki means "harmony," and this highly-awarded range of Japanese blends is a harmonious marriage of ten Suntory malts, two grain spirits, and five kinds of barrels, meticulously blended to achieve subtle flavors and aromas. These expressions have not been released by the distillery for almost five years.

TAKETSURU 21 YEAR OLD PURE MALT
Named after Nikka Founder Masataka Taketsuru who, along with Shinjiro Torii of Suntory, pioneered the Japanese Whisky industry. This Pure Malt features a blend of single malts from Nikka's two famous distilleries, Yoichi and Miyagikyo, with no grain whiskies used. This was named the World's Best Blended Malt Whisky three times by Whisky Magazine, and has not been released since 2020.
YAMAZAKI 12 YEAR OLD SINGLE MALT
The World's Best-Selling Japanese Whisky, Suntory has a difficult time keeping up with the intense demand. The water used is sourced from the foothills of Mount Tenno, and is said to be the water preferred by Sen Yo Rikyu, Japan's legendary Tea Master. This has become an allocated bottle by Suntory, and hard to find.

HAKUSHU 12 YEAR OLD SINGLE MALT
Distribution of this well-regarded whisky was paused in 2018 for several years until the maturing barrels caught up with demand. It's crafted with water of exceptional purity, having been filtered through granite rocks, and the fermentation utilizes a unique strain of Hakushu's many yeasts. This expression has become challenging to find — and increasingly more expensive.
