Enrollment Information
TRIP DEPOSIT:
Travelers will submit either $99 if they sign up for an Automatic Payment Plan, or $450 (plus the price of trip insurance, if desired) if they sign up for Manual Payment with a credit card.
All Trip Fees are due 30 days prior to departure with Automatic Payment, or 65 days prior with Manual payment.
Discounts
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT SAVE $100 per person if you register within first 30 days of trip recruitment launch.
REPEAT TRAVELER SAVE $100 per person if you attended a prior Go Ahead trip.
These discounts can be combined for a $200 per person discount within first 30 days of trip recruitment launch.
Signing Up
Once we have our group recruited and organized, we will instruct you when it's time to register with Go Ahead Tours.
At that point, you'll communicate directly with Go Ahead Tours regarding your registration, deposits, discounts, insurance needs, etc.

•Planning a complicated trip of this nature so far in advance is obviously a difficult undertaking, as unexpected events may occur. Go Ahead Tours and the trip organizers reserve the right to make changes in our itineraries and modify transportation arrangements, if circumstances so demand.
•In the unlikely event that a paid entrance to a site or attraction is unavailable, Go Ahead Tours reserves the right to substitute another paid entrance to an alternative site or attraction. Go Ahead will consult with the Group Coordinators (Kirk and Carol Figus) before making any such modifications to the tour’s itinerary. (Note: Our prior Single Malt Society trips encountered no such occurrences, so such a situation is unlikely, but possible due to matters beyond our control.)
