The regular season membership includes five tasting events, conducted on a roughly every-other-month schedule. Each session will feature a fun theme, with an informative and fun presentation about the bottles we sample and the distilleries that created them.
Sample Carefully-Curated Lineups of Interesting and Sought-After Whisky!
Sessions feature a specially-selected lineup of 6 whiskies procured locally, out-of-state, and even overseas; often times our bottles are not available in Missouri. Tasting notes are provided, along with note sheets to jot down your own comments.

Don't Know Much About Scotch? No Worries!
It is NOT necessary to be experienced in scotch to enjoy your participation in the club. New members join in every year with varying degrees of scotch expertise, and our early-season sessions are designed to help get everyone up to speed.
So don't worry if you're relatively inexperienced, or even a total newbie… you'll be able to easily learn along the way.
Where We Meet
Marriott St. Louis West Hotel
When, Where & How Long? The club meets on a bi-monthly basis at the Marriott St. Louis West Hotel, 660 Maryville Centre Drive, St. Louis, MO 63141, and take place on Tuesdays starting at 6:30 pm and ending at approximately 8:30.
Free Parking. There is ample free parking on the Marriott Hotel's surface lots and garage.
Restaurants. Many members dine before or after sessions. There is a restaurant at the Marriott, and numerous other dining choices close by.
A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT
The cozy setting and excellent acoustics provide a pleasant environment, condusive to our multimedia presentations.
LOBBY WAITING AREA
Early arrivers can relax in the comfortable hotel lobby as the room is being set up.
RESTAURANT AND BAR
The hotel has a restaurant for those wanting to dine before sessions, and there are numerous dining choices close by.

CRASH COURSE is designed to be a concise overview of scotch whisky: what it is, how it's made, and how to appreciate it.
FLAVOR WHEEL CHALLENGE will be a fun test of our ability to recognize flavors ‚ and compare notes with our fellow tasters.
BARREL BLAST will explore the effect of maturation and feature cask-finished whiskies matured in a variety of exotic barrels.
FUN will showcase a collection of bottles we found for some reason to be noteworthy, interesting — or just plain fun!
MYSTERY BOTTLES will feature increasingly more revealing clues as to what we're drinking to see if we can guess what's what.
SCOTCH ARCHAEOLOGY will be a special segment within most sessions, bringing back a classic bottle from past tastings.
